Product Display/Colors
We make every effort to ensure that the images on our website accurately reflect what our bath products look like. While we are confident that the color of the item you purchase will very closely approximate what you see on your computer display, variations from one monitor to another preclude us from guaranteeing an absolute match. Cabinet hardware may also differ slightly as a result of ongoing product improvements that occur at the factory.
Product Dimensions
For Vessel Sinks variations in size, shape, and color pattern are to be expected. Dimensions provided are nominal and to be used for reference only. Do not rely upon dimensions provided to make any cuts. We recommend you receive the sink before cutting any surfaces. Our sinks are designed for flush mounting on flat surfaces using the mounting ring and drain provided, or purchase separately. We are not responsible for custom installation issues. Deviations from recommended installations may void your warranty. Local building codes vary from state to state and even county to county.

Errors on Our Site
Prices and availability of bath products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and Listvanities.com reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Listvanities.com will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with Listvanities.com's Return Policy.
Order Processing
Listvanities.com is not responsible for delays outside of our immediate control, including delays related to order processing or unexpected increase in demand. Typically only orders paid for by credit card receive credit approval on the same day the order is placed. An order delayed due to order processing will default to an Estimated Ship Date listed per each product from the date credit is processed and the order is released. Estimated Ship Dates are based on any known extended lead times.
Estimated Shipping Times
The shipping times provided by Listvanities.com are an estimate of how long it will take for the order to be processed and shipped from the various manufacturers’ warehouses to you. These shipping times are not a guarantee. If you must have your order by a certain date, we recommend that you speak with our customer service representatives to arrange expedited shipping.
Bath products generally ship in time frame displayed for each product description of the order being placed. Bath products are subject to prior sale and availability and processing and shipping times are not guaranteed.
Occasionally, items shown to be in stock or available get pre-sold. If this happens, Lands Warehouse will send you an e-mail and you will have the option of backordering the product, canceling your order for a full refund or choosing another item that is in stock.
