Shipping Policy

We offer FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS with in the Contiguous 48 United States Only. All large track shipments will be curbside delivery only. Please, make sure you will have help available to unload the shipment. has established strong relationships with excellent nationwide delivery companies to ship your order in the most reliable, safest and fastest way possible. As soon as your order ships, we will notify you by e-mail. You will receive your tracking number for your shipment, shipping company contact information and what you should do when you receive the shipment. Small or lighter-weight objects like sinks and faucets are usually sent via FedEx or DHL. When your order includes large cartons, the trucking company will call in advance to ensure that someone is present to accept delivery. Unfortunately, we do NOT ship to military addresses or P.O. boxes. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes.

In-Home Delivery and Shipping Upgrades

If you elect our *In-Home Delivery* service, your merchandise will be delivered into the first dry, covered area of your home or garage for the additional fee. For the pricing please, contact our customer service. The vanity will not be unpackaged, brought up flights of stairs or to its final destination. Need your vanity faster? Expedited it! Expedited Shipping is a separate upgrade available for most in stock items. You will have the option to add Expedited Shipping to your order during the checkout process or you may contact a sales representative to have Expedited Shipping added to your order. Please Note: White Glove Delivery upgrades are not available and cannot be added to orders with Expedited Shipping. All orders with Expedited Shipping are curb side deliveries only. does NOT shipped items to any delivery address that is not reachable by dump trucks. If you would like to place an order with an "unreachable" address you must call our shipping department at 888-490-0632 prior to doing so. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico

As stated previously, standard shipping is FREE on all our items and orders over $250.00* with in the Contiguous 48 United States. Non-contiguous states of Alaska and Hawaii and all off-shore United States territories and possessions, which include American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the United States Virgin Islands - Please contact a customer service representative for a shipping quote.

Canadian Shipping

Lead-Time - The average delivery times that are posted on our website are only for orders that are shipping within the contiguous United States. Most orders shipping to Canada will increase transit time due to customs inspection and further distance from the supplier distribution centers*. Please note that we do not currently offer expedited shipping to Canadian addresses. Estimated transit time from shipment date: Small Parcel: 7 - 10 Business Days: Truck-Freight & White Glove: 2 - 6 Weeks. Some of our suppliers have warehouses located in Canada. Whenever possible, we will ship from our Canadian warehouses to cut-down on transit time to you. Customer is responsible for customs, duties, and taxes (see details below).

Customs, Duties, and Taxes - The recipient of an Canadian shipment may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient because we have no control over these government-imposed charges and cannot determine what they may be. Customs policies vary greatly among countries. Please contact your local customs office for information.

Returns - Unless otherwise noted, we accept returns on all orders that ship to Canada. All orders fall under our Standard Return Policy. Please note: duties and GST will be refunded, however, all actual shipping costs and brokerage fees are non-refundable.

Return Policy

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return the product to us within 15 days after receiving your order, for a refund of the purchase price, less shipping costs. In order to ensure a refund, the product must be returned unused, in new condition, with the original manufacturer’s box and packaging materials. We ask that return shipping be prepaid by the customer, and all packages must be insured for the full retail value. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Code. This can be obtained by email to our customer service department. Any return not accompanied by an authorization code cannot be accepted by our shipping department and no refund will be issued. Cancellation policy rules apply.

Damages, Claims, and Liability

Please be sure to inspect all packages at the time of delivery BEFORE signing the receipt. The delivery receipt is a binding contract.
1. If it is any visible damages on a packaging box you must refuse the delivery and make a note about damages on a delivery receipt.
2. In case the delivery company refuses to let you open the box and inspect the item, it is your responsibility to make an appropriate note on the delivery receipt. You need inspect vanity not later than 24 hours after delivery and let us know if vanity has any damages by email to and provide pictures of the damages.
3. By signing your name without any note to damages (inside and out, minor or major), you agree on receiving the freight in apparently good condition and exact quantities and you are becoming responsible for all the shipping expenses following return and exchange process. Exchange or Refunds would be made only after return of damaged items in the the original manufacturer’s box and packaging materials.

Cancelled Orders.

You can cancel an order or change it with 24 hours of placing an order prior to shipment — meaning that you’ve reached us while the item is still in our warehouse. Cancelled orders will receive a full refund, minus the 1.69% non-refundable bank fee we incur for credit card processing. Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped and you decide that you don’t want the merchandise ordered, or you are returning the merchandise due to buyer’s remorse, you will be charged for the return shipping to the manufacturer’s/distributor's warehouse.

Back Ordered Items

By placing an order for a back ordered item the customer agrees to prepay for the item. Back order items can be canceled but are subject to all of the conditions of regularly stocked item cancellations. By processing your payment we guarantee to reserve the back order items for you and deliver as soon as possible.


Customer agrees to not us responsible for delays caused by vendors, manufacturer, shipping carriers, and weather. Specialty made and back order items can be delayed three weeks or more due to U.S.  customs. Customers will be notified via e-mail as soon as we foresee a delay. We are dedicated to delivering your order before the estimated delivery time expires but we cannot always control third party situations. Delays are not a right for cancellation. If the freight carrier is unable to deliver the freight due to problems with contacting you or setting up delivery appointments, storage fees may be assessed by the carrier – in such case all storage fees are the responsibility of the customer and shall be billed to your credit card. Any additional freight carrier’s fees such as re-delivery, special notification, storage due to lack of response to appointment requests, returns due to lack of response and lift-gate services, are the responsibility of the customer (unless otherwise noted on your order). The customer is also responsible for additional charges caused by a change of address without notification in the required amount of time (7 days prior to delivery).

Shipping information is included in the attached invoice. Please allow 24 hours for the carrier to update their tracking system.
