We offer FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS with in the Contiguous 48 United States Only. All large track shipments will be curbside delivery only. Please, make sure you will have help available to unload the shipment. As soon as your order ships, we will notify you by e-mail. You will receive your tracking number for your shipment, shipping company contact information and what you should do when you receive the shipment. Small or lighter-weight objects like sinks and faucets are usually sent via FedEx or DHL. When your order includes large cartons, the trucking company will call in advance to ensure that someone is present to accept delivery. Unfortunately, we do NOT ship to military addresses or P.O. boxes. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes.

Lead-Time - The average delivery times that are posted on our website are only for orders that are shipping within the contiguous United States. Most orders shipping to Canada will increase transit time due to customs inspection and further distance from the supplier distribution centers*. Please note that we do not currently offer expedited shipping to Canadian addresses. Estimated transit time from shipment date: Small Parcel: 7 - 10 Business Days: Truck-Freight & White Glove: 2 - 6 Weeks. Some of our suppliers have warehouses located in Canada. Whenever possible, we will ship from our Canadian warehouses to cut-down on transit time to you. Customer is responsible for customs, duties, and taxes (see details below).
Customs, Duties, and Taxes - The recipient of an Canadian shipment may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient because we have no control over these government-imposed charges and cannot determine what they may be. Customs policies vary greatly among countries. Please contact your local customs office for information.
Returns - Unless otherwise noted, we accept returns on all orders that ship to Canada. All orders fall under our Standard Return Policy. Please note: duties and GST will be refunded, however, all actual shipping costs and brokerage fees are non-refundable.
